We are currently in-network with several insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Medicaid and Medicare, Tri-Care, United/.OPTUM, and more. Call to see if we are in network with your provider.
For out-of-network claims, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to file with your insurance company.
